In this special-topic event, you will have opportunities to immerse yourself in all-natural ways to improve hormone health while enjoying beautiful Sedona. We will have daily lectures, yoga, and meditation in addition to hiking, spa treatments, shopping, sound healing and a special presentation and trip to the energy vortexes interwoven throughout the trip. Cancellation Policy
Your purchase includes all of the listed activities, accommodations and meals for 4-days, 3-nights in Sedona, Arizona. 50% of your deposit is refundable. For cancellations occuring before 11:00 p.m. on January 9th, you will receive a full refund less the non-refundable portion of your deposit and a 4% chargeback service fee. Your second deposit of $750 is due by 11:00 p.m. on January 10, 2025. For cancellations occurring between January 11th - February 1, 2025, you will receive a 50% refund less the non-refundable portion of your deposit and a 4% chargeback service fee. February 2nd - February 9th, you can receive a 25% refund less the non-refundable portion of your deposit and a 4% chargeback service fee. No refunds are permitted on or after February 10th. Your final remaining balance will be due by 11:00 p.m. on February 10, 2025. All unpaid balances by 11:00 p.m. on February 10, 2025 will result in a forfeiture and cancellation of your booking without refund or compensation. Failure to pay or make written arrangements with the event organizer on the designated dates and times of January 10 and February 10 will result in a forfeiture and cancellation of your reservation without compensation.
