Recipe: Cleanse-friendly Red Lentil Curry

Days 1-4 and 9-12 of the Spring & Autumn Ayurveda cleanse are packed full of food! I usually have a hearty breakfast of sweet potato hash, steel cut oats, chia seed pudding or breakfast rice, and then have a Bieler's broth and optional whole grain for lunch. For dinner, I incorporate a plant-based protein with veggies and a whole grain. It's A LOT of food to consume in a day for me... for Richard, not so much. :)
